Getting Paid For Submitting Articles

Getting Paid For Submitting Articles
If you have been involved in internet marketing for any amount of time you would probably have heard of article marketing. For those who haven’t, article marketing is used to generate traffic and as a SEO technique and is one of the few techniques that has stood the test of time and it still a very successful promotional method.
Basically article marketing works by a person writing articles and submitting them to article directories. The benefit is that you obtain many backlinks to your website with will help increase your page rank with search engines and increase the number of visitors to your website.
Article marketing has proved to be very successful for generating traffic to your website and also for promoting products, whether they are your own product or affiliate products.
The benefit to the article directories is that they are increasing the content of their website giving them a higher page rank in the search engines and generating more traffic to their site.
The other benefit to the article directories is that they make a lot of income through having your article displayed on their website. They place Google Adsense ads throughout your article and because they have so much content and therefore have a good page ranking, they get lots of visitors and therefore lots of clicks on their Adsense ads. So much so, that they make an incredible income through this method.
When you think about it though, you are the one putting all the effort into these articles so why should the article directories be the ones to benefit financially from them. Sure you are benefiting from gaining backlinks and visitors to your website, but surely it wouldn’t hurt for you to have a share in that Adsense income also.
After all if they are using your content to earn their income, isn’t it fair that they should share that income with you.
Let’s look at an example. Just say you submit a few articles to an article directory and for the period of say a couple of months your articles receive around 150,000 page views. Of those you may get 20,000 click throughs to your website from the resource link in your signature.
20,000 visitors to your website are great and I wouldn’t complain about that, but what about the other 130,000 people that viewed your articles, where did they go after they read your article?
Let’s say 10% of those click on the Adsense ads on your article pages, and 10% is probably being quite reserved it would probably be more, but that would be 13,000 clicks. If the earning rate on those Adsense ads is just 5cents a click that would be $650 that the article directory has made. 5 cents a click is also a very reserved figure, some Adsense ads will earn you 40 cents, 50 cents or even more per click.
That $650 or more is earned from the content they received free from you. Shouldn’t you get to have a share in that income?
Thankfully there is a new article directory that does exactly that. They will split the Adsense revenue with you 50/50. What’s even better is that it is still free to join and free to submit your articles.
So, sure, if all you’re interested in is gaining backlinks to your website or to your product then stick with the regular article directories. But if you want that plus make a little extra income, then try this new directory where you still receive your backlinks but make some extra income in the process.
You don’t get much better than that.
